« Lenny came to help me out with a variety of issues I was having with my iPhone, laptop and specific applications like Uber. I made a short list of the issues so we could focus on fixing them during our hour together. She is very quick to understand the problem and even quicker to resolve it, using her own extensive knowledge of all things IT and using AI to learn about my specific issues that weren't as familiar to her. One of her mantras was 'if it aint' broke, don't fix it' which is a good one to have in this time of rapid change and pressure to get the latest device. As an older retired person i need tech to do a few specific tasks and I don't need a lot of extra information that distracts from those tasks. Clear, short instructions to get the job done is what I need. With so many options and features on our devices it can be overwhelming to find the right answer to a specific question. Lenny cut through all that for me. She also gave me the confidence I needed to risk clicking a button or downloading something without the worry that I couldn't recover if I did some damage. J'ai eu la chance de recevoir les bons services de Monique lors de mon premier achat d'un téléphone intelligent l'année dernière.
Elle m'a aussi beaucoup aidée à me servir de plusieurs services dont je me privais, faute de connaissance, avec mon ordinateur.

Our first conversation over the phone was very friendly, honest and easy to understand. To save money and time, she suggested to have a list ready. I had problem with the sound on my TV. In a matter of minutes, it what resolved. I had problem logging into my Outlook account and kept going to my partners account. She resolved it . Extra nice to deal with. Very helpful and man she knows stuff.

Je ne connaissais pas Gemini (AI) avant que tu m’en parles. C’est un outil vraiment utile, il va chercher exactement l’information dont j’ai besoin et me résume le tout pour que ce soit facile à comprendre. Tes conseils aident pour poser les bonnes questions et pour utiliser Gemini au maximum de ses capacités. Merci pour le “training”.

I had a few questions for Monique and called her up. She asked me to write down the questions I had so when she arrived she would have a good idea of what was ahead of her.
I had a problem with my reaching my old pictures with my new phone. She found my pictures and my sorted out my Wi-Fi connection. She showed me how to organize my phone main page with folders so that I could reach a specific application within two taps, instead of digging through all my apps.
I also had a new printer; she connected me to the Wi-Fi and pointed out that if I moved between my cottage and home that both printers will be selected independently.
She also suggested a new password for each of my accounts instead of a standard password, and suggested a booklet to keep them in.
Monique has a wonderful way of listening and explaining using plain English that I understand. I will be using her again in the future and will recommend her to my friends.
